Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Keys or products cut/customized to your specifications.

• Electronic access devices that have been activated.

• Clearance or final-sale items.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

2. Ship items back to the provided address.

3. Once inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• In case of damaged/incorrect shipments, Quikey Locksmith will cover the cost.

• If a return is requested for reasons other than a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by QuicKey Supply, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returns requested due to ordering the wrong item, incompatibility, or change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
